Prescription Drug Take-Back Day 10/25

From the Chester Police:
"We will be participating in the DEA's "National Take Back Initiative #29." On Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10AM-2PM at Chester Police Headquarters, we will accept medications that you no longer need. The program is anonymous, and no one will ask you for ID.

Please do NOT bring IV solutions (including Epi-Pens) or syringes! Also, we will NOT take "Vape Pens" if the batteries are not removed. Further, law enforcement cannot handle the medications that you are surrendering.

Whomever is bringing the drugs to be placed in the bin must be able to accomplish this task without assistance from an officer."
