To enhance safety for both local sports teams and trail walkers, new signalized pedestrian crossing beacons have been installed on North Road along the Patriots’ Path connector between Highlands Ridge Park and Black River Fields. This vital upgrade alerts motorists to foot traffic crossing the roadway, whether they are hikers exploring the county trail network or athletes and families heading to the fields for games. We extend our sincere gratitude to Morris County for completing the installation of these signals to keep all who visit and play in our community safe.
