WEST MORRIS COMMUNITY CONCERT BAND TO PERFORM AT CHUBB PARKby on June 8, 2010 at 1:34 pm The Chester Township Recreation and Chester Borough Recreation are brining you their Annual Concert on Friday, July 2nd at 7:00pm in Chubb Park featuring the West Morris Community Concert Band. If it rains we will be at the barn in Highland Ridge. The name West Morris Community Concert Band name evolved early on. The Band is comprised of mostly adults from the area. They practice all year and perform mostly in the summer. You will also see them in the local parades throughout Mendham and Chester. Band Directors Gary Quam and Tracy Burke work in the West Morris Regional School district. The concert is free to all. Bring your chairs, blankets and picnic baskets for an enjoyable evening of music. In case of rain the concert will be held in the Chester Firehouse. Any questions, call Bob Jones at 908-879-5355.
